HVAC Helper ($10-$12/hour)

As an HVAC Helper at CA Group your responsibilities will include:

• Being punctual

• Be willing to learn

• Hauling, prepping and setting up materials and tools

• Keeping the job site clean and organized

Junior Mechanic ($12-$16/hour)

As a Junior Mechanic your responsibilities will include:

• Take initiative and direction from supervisors

• Able to work alone or in a team effectively

• Possess basic knowledge of HVAC systems and technology

• Minimum 1 year experience

Mechanic ($16-$20/hour)

As a Mechanic your responsibilities will include:

• Performing all aspects of install (sheet metal, piping, wiring, etc…)

• Effectively manage small jobs with a helper or junior mechanic

• Read and comprehend blueprints and submittals

• Order materials

• Job layout and coordination

• Minimum 2 years’ experience

Foreman ($20-$25/hour)

As a Foreman your responsibilities will include:

• Run larger jobs and manage larger crews

• Job layout and coordination

• Design modifications

• Critical decision making

• Minimum 3 years’ experience

Field Supervisor ($25-$30/hour)

As a Field Supervisor your responsibilities will include:

• Manage multiple jobs & crews

• Coach & counsel other positions

• Coordinate and schedule staff

• Project management

• Minimum 5 years’ experience
